If a beat contains third-party samples, NJMP Beats will disclose known samples and their clearance status. Unless written clearance is provided for your intended use, the buyer is responsible for obtaining permission and paying related fees or royalties.
Content ID
Buyers may not register the Beat or a recording using the Beat with a Content Identification System. This protects other properly licensed artists from false claims.
Gold delivery
The 4–5 day estimate begins after NJMP Beats receives every required vocal and session file. Three revision rounds are included, and revisions may extend the final delivery date.
Exclusive licensing
The Beat is removed from future sale when the exclusive license takes effect. Licenses sold before that purchase remain valid under their original terms.
