What do you love to do daily? If you don’t understand me on that question. What’s a genuine habit that you have daily that you can’t do without? You may do it by yourself or with someone else. It doesn’t matter. These are things that I point out as fate. The definition of fate per Oxford Languages states: the development of events beyond a person’s control, regarded as determined by a supernatural power. Now let’s tighten up what my original question is. Do you have an answer yet?
Why are you asking?
For me, it’s music. Music has never not been a part of my life. I was born into a musical family, surrounded by melodies, rhythms, and harmonies that seemed to whisper the language of my soul. The environment that nurtured my early years significantly increased my fate and destiny towards music, and I believe it was not a coincidence. There were, and still are, countless moments when I hear others express their uncertainty about what their fate or destiny may consist of. More often than not, this uncertainty arises from not having yet discovered the path meant for them.
My Understanding of Faith
Throughout my life, I have experienced moments that temporarily pushed me away from music. There were times when I doubted myself and explored other avenues, believing perhaps my calling lay elsewhere. However, with time and reflection, I came to realize that these diversions were also essential pieces of my journey. They shaped me, taught me invaluable lessons, and ultimately guided me back to music with a renewed perspective—this realization underscores the idea that every twist and turn in life contributes to our fate and destiny.
As we approach 2025, I have made a significant shift in my focus, rejuvenating my passion for music production. Rediscovering this aspect of myself has been like a breath of fresh air—invigorating and inspiring. I have re-engaged in creative pursuits beyond podcasting, such as producing and offering beats for sale online, alongside mixing, mastering, and even writing some pieces. There is a profound sense of fulfillment that comes with these endeavors, and I attribute a great deal of this newfound energy to my strong beliefs and the unwavering support system around me. They are an integral part of my fate and destiny—encouraging me when I waver and celebrating with me in my successes.
Lastly
In closing, I hope you can take the time to introspect and discover what your fate or destiny might look like. Whether it’s through a passion or a daily habit, we all carry a unique calling within us, waiting to be uncovered and embraced. Allow yourself the space to explore, and you may just find that your fate has been quietly guiding you all along, leading you to experiences that shape your life in beautiful and meaningful ways.
