Digital Products & Beat Licensing
NJMP Beats offers beats, instrumentals, loops, samples, and other digital products.
Purchasing a beat does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying instrumental or copyright to the purchaser.
When purchasing a beat, you are purchasing the right to use that beat according to the terms of the specific license selected at checkout.
Different licenses may provide different usage rights and limitations. Please review the applicable license agreement carefully before completing your purchase.
Your purchased license agreement will govern your permitted use of the beat.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of beats, instrumentals, loops, samples, and other downloadable digital products are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds or exchanges are generally not available.
Please listen to the beat and review the applicable license terms before completing your purchase.
If you experience a technical issue with your order, receive an incorrect file, or have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact NJMP Beats so we can assist you.
Mixing & Mastering Services
Payments made for mixing, mastering, and other audio production services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Before purchasing a service, please provide accurate information about your project and make sure you understand what is included.
If you are unsure about what service you need, contact NJMP Beats before placing your order. We will be happy to help you determine the appropriate service for your project.
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when completing your purchase.
Delivery is typically made shortly after a successful payment. In some situations, processing or technical issues may cause a delay.
If you do not receive your files, first check your spam or junk folder. If your purchase is still missing, contact NJMP Beats using the email address associated with your order.
Merchandise Returns
If physical merchandise is offered through NJMP Beats, eligible merchandise must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Digital products, beats, instrumentals, loops, samples, downloadable products, and completed services are not considered merchandise and are subject to the separate policies described above.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive physical merchandise that is damaged or defective, please contact NJMP Beats with your order information and details about the issue.
Approved exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payments
